Tessa has been traveling since she was little; she has eaten sheep’s brain in a Moroccan market; spent way too much money on salt in Paris; bicycled around Lima; and traveled to Mexico on a research grant from The Culinary Trust. She is a freelance food, travel and lifestyle writer and food stylist with work in Epicurious, New World Review, WSJ Magazine, Brides and Manhattan magazines.
