Eduardo is a Peruvian human rights activist and writer. A citizen of the world, he has been based in New York for 14 years. He works at the International Center for Transitional Justice, where he specializes in researching war crimes. His human rights advocacy has been featured in The New York Times, El País, Globe and Mail, Al Jazeera, BBC and other media.
